Confessions Make Me Feel Good

Photobucket

What's up for confession this week:
  • I radiate heat when I sleep.
  • But I must have all the blankets up to my chin and well tucked in.
  • Unless my feet get hot.
  • Then they stick out from under the covers.
  • Nick does like to cuddle, but not sleep close to me.
  • The radiation problem.
  • I'm lost--blogger was out of commission until only moments ago.
  • I had not realized how nice it was to have a line out to my blogging pals.
  • Being cut off is awful.
  • I really need to clean house.
  • I got my hair trimmed and my hair lady straightened it.
  • Nick loves my hair straight.
  • My problem is that it takes a lot more effort to have straight hair
  • I'll stick to the curly wash, gel and go style.
  • It is nice to have a change every once in a while though.
  • Tuesday I had to pick up the boys from Papa's house.
  • He had the dog too.(this is important, I promise)
  • I got everyone home and headed in to the house with the boys.
  • Nick got home about ten minutes after I did.
  • He asked me where the dog was.
  • I'm horrible--I left the dog in the car.
  • Poor Guiness was semi-patiently waiting for one of us to come get him out of the car.
  • In my defense the weather was nice--about 55 degrees.  But still, I forgot the dog.
  • Nick will never let me live this one down.
Now go see Mamarazzi and Glamazon.  They will have Friday Confessions up soon, I promise.

    1. LOL leaving your dog in the car! At least it wasn't HOT!

As for curly hair, it is a PAIN to straighten, it takes less time for me to wash it, throw mousse and hairspray in it that to straighten it...that and I just have no patience for it!

    3. I'm the same with with my covers! I need the weight, and if I get hot, my feet are what get uncovered...maybe a leg if I'm REALLY hot.

I need a haircut myself, now you've got me thinking about it!

    4. I have to be well tucked in and blankets to my chin too, and I have about 3 blankets..I love to be warm!

Also sometimes I'll stick out my feet too! :)

I realized how much I love the blog...which is kind of depressing to me. I try to have a life, but it gets so addicting!

    6. About the first two, I'm the same way. That's why I have my own blanket now. I would unconsciously roll into the whole thing during the night, leaving him to lie there, exposed to the elements. :D

    7. I had no idea that Blogger was having issues until I noticed a second or so ago that my post from yesterday is GONE! How weird! Hope things get back to normal soon! When I get hot in bed, I have to stick my feet out, too, or I'm completely miserable!

    11. LOL about the dog. I think I would "forget" about the dog in the car, too. Conveniently. Boooo on Blogger! I hope "they" know how unhappy us blogger are. LOL Happy weekend.

    13. My husband has such a high metabolism that he radiates heat! He wants to cuddle, but I'm so hot natured that I have to stick both legs out of the covers to survive! Hope you have a great weekend!

    14. 55? Oh, how nice! We're at 90-something with no rain to speak of for months. Ugh! And I didn't know what to do without blogger, either. I could read but not commment! How awful!

    15. I totally radiate heat when I sleep too but my feet are always freezing, which makes my husband nuts since I am cooking him while puttin icey cold feet on his legs...and I have the covers pulled up with only my cheek and ear showing.

    16. I feel your pain with the hair situation. My husband loves my hair straight, and I do too but dang it is such a chore to straighten it. Plus before you get half way through your hair you are sweating because you are so hot from the dang flat iron! ugh!!

    17. The beauty of straightening your hair is that it stays straight for a couple days, till the next wash, right? My hair isn't curly like yours though. Mine is just frizz. My straightening iron is my life. I would have loved to have seen a pic of you with the straight hair.

    18. I finally got in the mood to start writing again and blogger was down and I was bummed but the mood remained and I know what you mean about the hair - my Mr. Big loves is straight when it is naturally curly but I succomb because secretly, I love it straight too!!!!

    19. Between my internet acting up and blogger being down I couldn't blog for like 3 days. Nor could I read blogs or do anything else for that matter. I thought I was going to die. Or murder someone. Thank Goddess it's all fixed now. Phew!

That's too funny that you left the dog in the car. LOL

    20. Poor pooch. But hey, you have a great hairstyle. That trumps everything.

(Ok, I have hair envy. I haven't had my hair styled in about a year and am starting to look like Howard Stern.)
