Confessional Friday

Photobucket

So let's see what I have to confess this week.
  • I'm almost giddy.
  • The weather has been nice for a couple of days now.
  • Shhh, don't tell Mother Nature--she might forget her meds again.
  • I've been having urges to scrapbook.
  • I'm kind of letting them grow, the stronger the urge, the more I'll want to do it.
  • I had a bad day on Monday--everything irritated me--the boys having fun, making dinner, just being seemed irritating.
  • I got through it, but I just wanted to snap at everyone.
  • I needed the night out Wednesday night--even if it was just for a drink.
  • I have been sucked into a game on Facebook.
  • I have resisted most of the game crazes there--Farmville didn't do it for me, neither did Mafia Wars or any of the other ones I got invites to play.
  • Then I found Gardens of Time.
  • Hidden object type games are my weakness.
  • I really don't have time for this, but it is so fun.
  • I refuse to spend money playing it though.
  • I got to indulge my 80s love by watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
  • These confessions are boring.
  • Things have been boring around here recently.
  • Maybe next week will be better.
Go see Mamarazzi and Glamazon for more exciting confessions.

    1. I avoid those game requests just for this very reason. I'll get sucked in.

    2. I have been sucked into the Bingo blitz and the Zumba Blitz, but have not tried the one you speak of.

Go scrapbook, I have been wanted too as well this week!

      Thanks for sharing

    5. I have been lucky to stay away from those games, but that one may draw me in. Please send me no requests on it or I'm doomed. :-)

    6. This is the second blog today that I've read about Gardens of Time on... I generally avoid the game craze on FB, but maybe I'll have to check this one out...

    7. I love almost all types of crafting, except scrapbooking. I don't know why. I think I have become too digital.

I had a day this week where others breathing got on my nerves. A bubble bath and some chocolate fixed it!

    8. I pride myself on not having gotten sucked into Facebook games, although I'll be honest, I've tried! It just seems like you hit a road block and then they want you to spend money - which I've spent enough money playing video games in my life, haha

I wish I could get into scrapbooking, but I'm terrible about taking pictures. I'm working really hard on getting better at it though, because there are a lot of things in life worth scrapbooking about!!

Have a lovely Mother's Day weekend!!!!

    9. Sure wish I had the patience to scrapbook! I made one for my daughter last year as a high school graduation gift...took me FOREVER! It was well worth it, though!

    10. Sounds like a fun game- I don't play fb games (I let a friend use it to get to send herself extra stuff though) but I confess my youngest bought herself a droid and told me about Angry Birds. It sounded like the dumbest game ever. Then she said well just try it mom.
I'm lucky she's hardly ever home so I play it only a few nights a week while she showers. They were going to get it for me on my computer (no droid here) but it's not Vista compatible. One day, though, that will be my addiction. ;)
I have always wanted to scrapbook but just haven't started - maybe one day.

    11. I'm addicted to Zuma on FB. I have the high score for this week so far!

And I'm irritable all the time now. Everything rubs me the wrong way. Can't wait for this to end!

And we had two days of nice weather, and am back to cold and rainy. I hope summer isn't like this. I need me some sun and beach fun!

    14. I LOVE Gardens of Time. LOL I don't have time for it either, but it's fun to hop on for a minute or two and find what I can find.

I've had a craptastic week, too. I wonder what's in the water lately.

I need to do some scrapbooking, but I don't have the NEED to do it, yet. I have so many creative things I need to do, or rather, I'd like to do. Why can't there be more hours in a day?!

      Happy Friday!

    18. I've been having the urge to scrapbook too! Everytime I think I'm going to though, I spend all my time dragging out all my supplies and never getting around to creating any pages! I really need to get some organization into my life :)

    19. OH! Is that what happened with Mother Nature? She forgot her meds? Now I understand the weird weather!

    22. ohhh now I'm going to have to look this game up... ACK!

YAY! for a nice weekend. It was absolutely awesome here too. I sat out on my back deck in my "chair" with my nice big Sun hat I bought myself from Avon. My goal though is for it to be sunnier so I can wear it out front LOL where people can see it and "buy one?" :)

    23. I have heard so many people talk about that "Gardens of Time" game that I am almost positive that I better not even look to see what it is.
I have a tendency to go overboard if I let myself get sucked in...
