WWTK

I'm back.  Did ya miss me?
We had a wonderful mini-vacation over the fourth.  We went camping and four wheeling.  It was awesome. There will be pictures--tomorrow, after we have gotten them downloaded.
Now I'm going to join up with Mamarazzi, Janette, Impulsive Addict, and Seriously Shawn for We Want to Know Wednesday.
This week the Questions come from Janette :
  1. Name Five of your favorite new blogs you are reading.  How new is new?  I have blogs that I have found recently, but not really recently--It's hard to do lots of blog hopping in the summer.  I have found a couple:  Simply Stephy,  The Italian Bella Diaries.
  2. When you were a young child or teenager, did you have an idea of how many children you wanted and what their names would be?  Did you follow through on your ideas?  I had fantasies of having lots of kids.  Twins fascinated me.  I had lovely unique names picked out for girls, not so much the boys.  Then I grew up and realized that having lots of kids was not really for me.  I scaled back and we have two lovely boys.  Sadly, all those girls names I thought up?  Well, they went totally unused.
  3. What is the silliest thing you fight with someone over?  Could be your spouse, sibling, parent, co-worker, etc.  The closest we get to a fight is when Nick feels like cleaning and I don't.  I can't just let him clean, because he always throws out stuff we need.  I get grumpy and he gets grumpy and it can get a bit hairy, but we work through it and things get cleaner in the end.  We can just never manage to both be on a cleaning kick at the same time.  I also get annoyed by his dirty socks that he leaves like little gifts all over the house.
  4. What is your favorite scent the others may not find very nice?  i.e. gasoline, sweat from your sweetie, etc.  I like the smell of gasoline.  Growing up, we had a VW Bus that always smelled of gas in the back.  Now when I smell gas I always think of road trips in that bus.  I also like the smell of markers--not sharpies, but those markers that you would use on posters in school as a kid.
  5. Thoughts on plastic surgery?  (Had it? Want it? Regrets?)  I've never had plastic surgery.  If money was no issue, I might think about a boob lift--don't really want them bigger, but lifted would be nice--kids have caused some sagging.  I have my moments looking in the mirror and thinking that if there was a painless way to get rid of those stubborn five pounds that linger no matter what, and a way to get rid of the wrinkles, I consider it.
Q1 is from HomeSickCajun
Q2 is from LindiciousLife
Q3 is from JessicaMcCoy

Well, answer the questions for yourself and link up--it's good clean fun!

    7. omigosh, the socks! My husband... just to get at me.... told my son to take off his 1 sock and go place it by the fireplace and come back. Then take of sock 2 and place it by the front door. I mean come on people!! I'll start throwing them all away and everyone can go barefoot.

    8. My husband does that thing with the socks too. It would be nice to have a painless, no-risk way to "fix" things!

    9. I like both of your blog choices too!

I wanted lots of kids too once I found out that it's hard for us to have them. We may just end up having one since my ovaries hate me. Boo.

Well at least Nick likes to clean! That's nice.

A lot of people really like the smell of gas. I can't stand it. I hate when a little drips on my toe at the gas station and I smell like gas all day long! GAG!

I want a boob lift too but someone told me that it hurts worse than a boob job. I don't deal with pain very well.

    11. Oh man....the cleaning thing! My husband does the opposite. If I'm super tired or I've had a rough day or I just plain DON'T WANT TO CLEAN and he decides he wants to, it is HELL for me. He is constantly asking me "What do you want me to do with this?" "Where does this go?" "Is it alright if I throw this away?" Oh my gosh! Make a decision for yourself! What do YOU think? Do we need that empty bill envelope?! Probably not!!
