This week Mamarazzi wants to know:
- What would you do with an extra thousand dollars a month? Being practical, I should pay bills. The sooner the holes are filled in the better. What we would really do? Stash it in savings for those rainy day moments--unexpected trips to the ER, major appliances breaking, car break downs, etc. What I'd like to do--go shopping of course!
- What category of blogger do you think you best fall under? Mostly humorous mom blogger, with a dash of ranting about the crazy life I lead and some of the crazys in it.
- What is your go to solution when you are having a bad hair day? A pony tail. Head bands tend to give me headaches--they have to be really loose. I'll usually pull it back and throw it in a pony tail just to get it out of my face.
- If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Green or purple, at least I'd like to think I was--there are times when I'm blue and times when I'm yellow--annoyed. But I like to think I'm green--bright green and happy, or purple and kind of cool. Hey, don't burst me bubble!
- They say love is in the little things. What is a little thing that someone does to show you love? Bruiser will give spontaneous hugs and kisses. Turbo happily cleaned his room last night (really well too, I know, color me shocked). Nick does all sorts of little things--last night he cleaned out the fridge and took out the garbage, without my asking--after a really long day in the field too. I do love that man ;)
Husbands doing chores!! Total love!
ReplyDeletetry those big stretchy headband the skinny ones... and they can double as a pony tail holder when twisted in half.
ReplyDeleteHeadband give me headaches too.
I'm with ya on headbands - they hurt my head, or those sporty stretchy ones just roll right off eventually.
ReplyDeleteGotta hand it to the new-age men who do chores without being asked - my sister has one of 'em too! ;)
I love when the kids clean when unprompted!
ReplyDeleteI would have to be practical too with the extra money and get the bills paid.
ReplyDeleteI am so with ya on the headbands. They don't necessarily give me a headache but I think I must have a misshapen head because they always slide off. Dumb things. Also I love when my husband takes the trash out, which he usually does without being asked. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteI love it when hubby helps around the house! It's such a big help to me.
ReplyDeleteDon't ya just love random hugs and kisses? :-) I'm glad you have an awesome hubby who helps out. I do too!
ReplyDeleteIf I had extra money I'd probably be practical too. It'd feel good to get some bills paid off. But I'd have to save at least a little bit to spend frivously.
ReplyDeletegetting random hugs and kisses from the kids is always a bright spot in my day! and heck, so is when the hubs helps out around the house! nothing says i love you like a clean kitchen :)
ReplyDeleteI like your number one. I'm with you there.
ReplyDeletePonytails are great, but my hair is too short now.
Green and purple were our wedding colors. His and mine fav colors.
I don't think I've ever heard the crayon question! I'd probably go for a green one too..
ReplyDeleteAww hubby doing chores after a long day of work. That is one great man!
ReplyDeleteHeadbands give me a headache too, which is a bummer because I think they're adorable. I like cloth headbands because they're not quite as bad.
men doing housework...that is my kind of fore play, not kidding!
ReplyDeletethanks for linking up, sorry i am so late getting over to see you, loved your answers!!
I totally missed the mark on the bad hair thing. It was meant literally. And I took figuratively! My hair is short and unruly. It does what it does. LOL And chocolate will fix that too! LOL.
ReplyDeleteHooray for clean rooms and fridges!
Cleaned his room? Sounds amazing! I can't wear headbands either for the same reason, they give me a horrible headache. Oh well.
