Joy Times 9

I'm joining Mama Kat's Writer's Workshop this week.  Prompt #5 was 9 things that bring you joy.  Here goes:
  1. Little boy giggles. Nothing can make my day like hearing little boy giggling with glee.
  2. Uninterrupted time to read. I don't get this all that often, but when I do I feel so much better.
  3. Road trips. Nothing takes the stress away like passing the city limit sign and finding a road we enjoy driving down, or one we haven't been down before.
  4. Getting just the right gift for someone.  It fun finding that one thing that will make them light up.
  5. A book good enough to read again (and again and again).
  6. Sea food. I love seafood, but being very landlocked, we don't have it often--it's spendy.
  7. Chocolate. Enough said.
  8. Nick. I like him and I love him--two different and necessary things.
  9. Turbo and Bruiser. The lights of my life.  I love these quirky, funny, creative little boys.
With Christmas fast approaching, it's good to look at what I have and how much joy it really does bring me.
Go see Mama Kat and pick a prompt and link up.
