Monday Minute-Hopes and Dreams and Stuff

Time once again for The Monday Minute.  It's brought to you by Ian and featuring for this week only, his co-host Jenn from the Brown Eyed Girl.
Monday Minute

Describe your life in one word.
Fulfilling

Is there something you wish you had learned how to do as a child?
I think I would have liked to learn how to do gymnastics.  I grew up in a small town and options were limited to say the least.  I got a few classes in ballet but not gymnastics.  I liked the ballet but there weren't opportunities for more than a couple of classes--small towns aren't known for their culture options.

Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
My husband.  Nick is the greatest guy.  He treats me well and loves me--flaws and all.

What is your greatest dream/hope/aspiration?
To raise decent, well functioning boys and have them achieve their goals.  Then to have fun with my hubby traveling around the country, maybe the world, just a bit.

Do you believe you have reached your potential?  Why/why not?
No I have not reached my potential, I am still learning and growing as a person.  Reaching a potential implies an end.  I don't want to end just yet.  Beginnings and middles are where it's at.  Beginnings are fun and middles are where you learn the most.

  1. Super answers, Vandy J! Great to get you to know more. Go gymnastics. I could never make it at that sport. Lucky if I could get a cartwheel. LOL. Have a great day!

  2. I love your answers. I think we're all still trying to reach our potential...that's what life is all about.

I always wanted to learn ballet myself. Never got the chance...wonder if it's too late now?

  6. I think living in a small town has its rewards but can hold back some of the oppertunities we could have had in the cities.
